InCadence is currently seeking an Identity Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) at our customer site in Reston, VA. AN ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED. Responsibilities include:
Provide support, advice, and senior-level technical expertise to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Defense Combating Terrorism Center (DCTC) Identity Intelligence Project Office (I2PO) in carrying out DIA’s directed Identity Intelligence (I2) and Biometric-Enabled Intelligence (BEI) enterprise roles and responsibilities. Responsible for the following:
Engage and advance the NATO biometrics-related coordination and working groups’ biometrics/I2 capability development efforts and I2 analysis/sharing. This includes advancing key ally nations and NATO partnerships to employ biometric and I2 capabilities and exchange biometrics/I2 dataRequired Qualifications:
- Must hold an ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance.
- Proven ability with planning, coordinating, and participating in DCTC I2PO strategic engagements across DoD Combatant Commands (CCMDs), services, and key partner nations and organizations to maximize federated collection, sharing, exploitation, and analysis of biometric signatures and I2 data.
- Must have experience to assist I2PO to provide DoD Biometrically Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) policy and oversight functions, I2/BEWL capability development support, and advance/synchronize I2 interoperability and sharing capabilities across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), DoD Biometrics Enterprise, Intelligence Community (IC), U.S. Government interagency partners, key foreign partners, coalitions, and alliances.
- Experience supporting I2 architecture development, data management and capability development
