Help Desk Technician -- NSP

InCadence Strategic Solutions is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician in Manassas, VA. This task order will provide operations, maintenance, software engineering services, and hardware procurement services, and associated support for all devices associated with the Army’s Next Generation Biometric Collection Capability (NXGBCC) system. It will focus on supporting the Warfighter needs by sustaining adequate support functions per the Statement of Work. AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED.
Help Desk personnel will perform day-to-day support to the Warfighter, develop trouble tickets and ensure the correct support procedures are executed to support personnel needing assistance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Some college from an accredited Community College, College or University. 
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Helpdesk within the DOD environment. 2 additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. 1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience.
  • SECRET Security Clearance REQUIRED
Preferred Experience:
  •                 Previous Help Desk experience a plus.
